Job Title: Sr. Cisco Telecom Engineer

Position Overview:

Licensure/Certification
o    Required: CCNP-Voice, CCNA,-Unity
o    Preferred: CCVP, CCX
Experience 
o    Required: 5 years support of Cisco VoIP Platform
o    Preferred: 10+ years experience in Telecommunications with support of both NEC & Cisco platforms

 Specific Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Required
•    In depth technical skills for Cisco equipment including CCX, CER, Call Manager, CUPC, Unity
•    Experience supporting an enterprise Cisco wireless voice network
•    Proficiency with MAN, WAN, LAN topologies for voice networks
•    Knowledge of telecom circuit ordering, installation and troubleshooting
•    Detailed knowledge of internal voice / data wiring * including Cat 5, 5E, 6 and fiber
•    Able to multi-task and communicate effectively to internal and external clients and supervisors
•    Ability to work in a self-directed manner recognizing urgent and important matters
•    Ability to work independently, prioritize assigned work, and proactively address issues in an effective manner
•    Knowledge of advanced network services, ie IP Multicast, QOS, etc.
•    Experience supporting video and audio conferencing bridges
•    Proven scripting experience for Cisco CCX and other applications
