Job Title: Service Desk Associate
Location: Charlotte, NC
Referral Fee: $800-1K

Gravity is looking for a customer focused professional with a passion to provide elite level service. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of software troubleshooting expertise.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer inbound calls
Work through ticketing system to resolve customer issues
Troubleshoot software problems
Document deliverables and client requests
Escalate urgent problems
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
At least one year of software troubleshooting experience
Customer service expertise resolving software issues either over the phone or in person
Prefer a background in an enterprise wide organization
