Overview:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for ensuring the creation, approval, and process administration of all recurring work contracts. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders on the entry and execution of all contracts in system. The Contract Administrator will provide all forms of contract-related support through all phases of contract award, administration, and closeout. This position provides critical and continuous support to the Product & Engineering Team.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for all entry of all contracts: renewals/changes/cancelations and technician service agreements from the national sales and account teams
  • Reviews and approves all signed contracts submitted from the technician through the contract system
  • Verifies created contracts match pricing, scope of work, assigned technician and effective dates as stated by the National Account Team and Field personnel
  • Ensures that contracts are sent to the appropriate field personnel for acceptance
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of all contracts, as well as documenting any changes or amendments that may arise during implementation or execution
  • Ensures that the Contract Archiving Policy is followed during the creation of a new or renewed contract
  • Collaborates with the National Account Team and Field personnel
  • Creates & manages reporting and follow up for all contracts
  • Assists Contract Admin Supervisor in the completion and management of all RFP awards and other projects assigned

Require Skills and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in administration

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience working in contract administration
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization & time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Basic knowledge of contract administration
  • Basic ability to meet required timelines, to communicate clearly and as needed on progress of projects, and to adjust timelines as needed to accommodate the business needs
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
