Job Summary

Our client is carrying out a project to improve our client's ability to deliver: (i) higher levels of transparency across the business; (ii) improved predictability of financial results; and (iii) more consistent and repeatable processes that reduce errors and minimize waste.  As the Enterprise Project Manager, you will partner with organizational leaders to deliver the project successfully over a 9–12-month period. The Enterprise Project Manager will be expected to manage multiple workstreams across various departments and inclusive of multiple 3rd party vendors.  The Enterprise Project Manager will be expected to clearly define and manage the project scope, develop end-to-end project plans that detail critical milestones, timing, resources, aggregate cost management, and define roles and responsibilities.  The Enterprise Project Manager will be responsible for driving consistency, excellence and promoting the adoption of Project Management best practices, methodologies, and processes across the company. Many of the workstreams will involve the mapping, re-imagining and/or improvement of core business processes. The Enterprise Project Manager should have process improvement skills and/or experience with lean six-sigma practices to support these teams as they look to improve many aspects of our client's business. Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Project Manager, leading large and complex projects
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Experience working with accounting, finance, legal and IT department SMEs
  • Experience mapping and improving business processes
  • Experience working with SOX internal control standards a plus
  • Experience with capital raises, recapitalizations and/or public offerings a plus
  • Prior experience leading business programs and planning initiatives
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems and efficiently communicate them with the project team
  • Prior experience in forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning
  • Excellent written and oral communications, organizational, analytical, problem solving, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organization and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of organizing information succinctly and clearly communicating to all level of the organization
  • The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
