Job Description:

Gravity is seeking a Connect Resource Manager who is accountable for the overall success and day-to-day operations of the Epic Community Connect program including the development and oversight of the strategy, roadmap, budget, and implementation. This candidate will help lead a matrixed IS team to scope, plan and deliver solutions following the established project management framework and solution best practices. Collaborates with Epic and other technology vendors that are core to the community connect program and ensures trust, excellent service, and support. Develops and maintains strong relationships and regularly communicates with stakeholders and customers.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead in a Matrix style structure, ensuring teams meet organizational and department goals.
  • Provides and oversees team’s delivery of customer service in a manner that promotes goodwill, is timely, efficient, accurate and meets service level expectations.
  • Supports the vision, mission, and values of the customer and organizations
  • Plans and facilitates project execution and initiatives from concept to project closure.
  • Can innovate while managing multiple priorities/ projects simultaneously, meeting tight and often conflicting deadlines.
  • Prioritizes tasks, documents risk/issues, manages a project schedule and milestones to successfully deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and according to scope, and quality.
  • Defines, develops, and tracks key performance indicators to identify and execute performance improvement opportunities across the business.
  • Plans and executes change management process and procedures leveraging methodologies and tools, using industry best practice models, and frameworks.
  • Provides positive influence for individuals or groups with diverse opinions without direct control/authority to accomplish program goals.
  • Executes and leads the sales cycle and install roadmap according to the Epic Connect Strategy.
  • Responsible to grow partnerships with new and existing organizations.
  • Sets the vision and strategy for partnership and negotiates partner and service agreements that enhance our customer experience and portfolio of services.
  • Fosters productive working relationships with internal and external customers
