Job Title: Identity Security Analyst

Location: Remote

Job-Type: Contract to hire

Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for assisting in driving IT Security projects within the IAM space. They will work directly with members of the IT and business verticals to drive the new processes such as deploying identity tools into the enterprise, monitoring performance, and maximizing value for their end users. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with an independent mindset. IT provides great experience in executing test plans, requirements gathering, and acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and development teams. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, posting progress reports 
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the business to establish what the requirements are and to ensure everyone is understanding them
  • Create technical and user documentation such as Standard Work, How-to guides
  • Coordinate with developers and keep project managers well informed of the status of development efforts

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise SDLC projects
  • 3+ years of experience in a detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive setting 
  • 3+ years of experience reading JSON and using postman to learn quickly
  • 3+ years with Microsoft Excel
  • 3+ years developing and executing test plans 
  • 3+ years of experience gathering requirements and creating documentation that is organized and easy to understand 
  • CISSP, CISSM are nice to have but not required
