Position Overview:
Gravity is looking for a Infor HCM Senior Associate to spearhead our client’s end to end implementation efforts for healthcare clients.
The successful candidate will possess at least one end to end infor HCM implementation. Comprehensive knowledge of working within an consulting environment are also required.
Our client is a large independent accounting and consulting firm that provides assurance, tax and advisory services to privately held businesses, public interest entities, and public sector entities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with team members both internally and external client stakeholders to successfully implement infor HCM modules over extended project periods
- Work with junior associates and team managers to make sure deadlines and KPIs are met
- Work with Infor V11 HCM Modules
- Understand consulting best practices and the full life cycle of a project implementation and the various phases that go with each.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of consulting or similar Infor ERP work
- 5+ years working with Infor HCM module
- 3+ years working with junior team members and senior managers to complete project timelines
- 2+ years of working in the healthcare industry
- V11 Infor certification required.
