Position Overview:

Gravity is looking for Inside Sales Representatives for a growing Fintech company in the Columbus market. They will be expected to increase insurance policy sales from their largest partners. You will be tasked with making connections with prospective customers to generate qualified opportunities for the insurance agents. Reporting to our insurance agency sales manager, this position offers quick upward mobility with the goal of being promoted from this role within 6 months.

Hours – Monday – Thursday – 9am – 6pm and Friday 8am – 5pm

***there will be occasional Friday’s where the ISR will be expected to work an 11am – 8pm shift***

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls (300-400/day) to prospective clients, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with clients over phone, email, and text
  • Run sales process effectively with organized notes and tasks for follow-ups
  • Clearly articulate organizational value proposition to the consumer
  • Achieve sales targets for calls, transfers, conversion, and quality
  • Working with sales manager and trainer on licensing to become an agent

Required Experience & Skills:

  1. College Degree or equivalent experience
  2. Inside sales experience preferred – technology driven environment
  3. Strong written skills to craft creative emails.
  4. Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
  5. Must be a passionate individual that can convey the value of our message clearly
