IT Audit Manager – M&A

Knowledge/Skillset/Experience:
- Experienced (6- 8 years) IT audit experience at Large bank (MUST)
- M&A experience from IT perspective
- Ability to identify technology risk, and data security/privacy risk, for M&A transaction
- Ability to talk intelligently about large scale IT implementations in addition to auditing them, this individual also needs to understand how to get the implementation done.
- Ability to serve as 2.5 Line of Defense (LOD), and challenge the technologies implemented by the banks’ 1st and 2nd LOD
- 40 hrs full time to help with M&A related project
- Control monitoring activities
