Position Overview:

Gravity is looking for a technical professional to provide IT support for internal customers. This role will support companywide issues and technical problems. The successful candidate will possess at least one year of experience with expertise in Windows and Office 365. We’re seeking a customer service oriented professional that enjoys troubleshooting and providing on time responses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support in the areas of Windows 10 and Office 365

· Handle 90% of problems requiring customer support

· Field calls and provide solutions to remote employees as well as onsite customers

· Troubleshoot technical issues with desktop support and citrix


Required Experience & Skills:

· 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk role

· Windows 10 and Office 365 expertise

· Basic networking skills

· Desktop support and Citrix experience

· Excellent customer service approach and ownership mentality

  • Working experience in a law firm is a plus
