Position Overview:
Gravity is looking for an IT Technician II to spearhead our client’s hardware and software troubleshooting efforts.
The successful candidate will possess 1+ years of experience in an IT Technician role. Comprehensive knowledge of hardware refreshes, imaging, and ServiceNow are also required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Perform technical endpoint support of: computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, among other hardware
· Maintain client hardware lifecycle and asset management activities
· Provide employee training related to employee used hardware and their IT processes
· Support technical solutions and ensure reliable, secure client endpoint devices
· Ensure that all internal customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner
Required Experience & Skills:
· 1+ year of experience providing technical customer support including troubleshooting computer hardware and software
· 1+ year of experience with the ServiceNow platform
· 1+ year of experience with customer service
· 1+ year of experience diagnosing client devices including computers, tablets, mobile devices, and other hardware
· Will be expected to complete Lean 101 or equivalent training within 1 year of starting position
