Position Overview:

Gravity is looking for a Lead Security Engineer to join our client's team. This position will be responsible for performing health checks on tools and analyzing issues that arise and assist their security investigations. Additionally, you will be working with teams to resolve tickets while managing and maintaining email and cloud security tools. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the ProofPoint tool and make recommendations to the Sr. Director about settings and enhanced security
• Work with the user base to troubleshoot email in conjunction with the messaging team
• Manage and maintain email and Cloud security tools and alerts 
• Assist in investigations, perform troubleshooting, and oversee regular upgrades and maintenance of the security tools 
• Participate in regular team meetings, perform training on tools to the Security operations team, and do regular statistical reporting 
• Work collaboratively with teams to resolve tickets that come through

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent related work or military experience 
• 4+ years of experience in information security or a related field 
• 4+ years of experience in security architecture, with a deep understanding of VMware, Windows 7/10, Linux and Cloud technologies 
• 4+ years of experience with email security technologies such as: Proofpoint, O365, Agari 
• 4+ years of experience in an Azure, GCP, or AWS environment 
• Solid understanding of security controls that align to industry standards (ISO27001)
• CISSP, CCSP, or related certification preferred
