Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Lead
Location: Remote
Job-Type: Permanent or Contract

Position Overview:
Gravity is looking for Oracle HCM Technical Lead to spearhead our client’s Oracle HCM implementation efforts.
The successful candidate will possess multiple Oracle HCM Cloud end to end implementations. Comprehensive knowledge of technical Oracle development skills and environment strategy creation are also required.
Our client is a large independent accounting and consulting firm that provides assurance, tax and advisory services to privately held businesses, public interest entities, and public sector entities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as overall technical lead for Oracle HCM cloud implementation
- Help with environment related strategy and setup as well as technical strategy creation/execution
- Work in a consulting fashion with client facing abilities to gather and execute upon requirements
- Implement strong technical understanding of Oracle HCM with end client and other various team members
- Lead technical track of work for end client and report back to consulting firm with updates
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years working with Oracle HCM technologies – cloud preferred
- 4+ end to end full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations
- 5+ years working in a consulting capacity
- 5+ years acting as a solution architect for Oracle solutions
- Excellent written and verbal skills
