Job Title: PMO Analyst

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for PMO support on key programs and large 3rd party contracts that support the organizational strategic objectives while at the same time increasing your knowledge of the standard project management disciplines. Success in this role requires.

3-5 “must have skills” that must be on the resume for consideration
1. Microsoft O365 Suite with advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills, MS Teams
2. Project/Program Management basic skills (preferred industry qualification)
3. Basic Financial Modeling skills

o Strong attention to detail is a must
o Excellent at financial analysis, and managing numbers in general
o A team-based mindset focused on delivering a good customer experience
o Clear communication skills, not afraid to speak up when directions are unclear or when you are unsure how to proceed
o Establish working relationships with all stakeholders based on day-to-day contact on assigned tasks and program cadence
o Coordinate and plan assigned tasks across projects and teams in various locations and time zones
o Ability to establish a basic, organized, work structure and tracking cadence that fosters collaboration, communication, and reporting on assigned tasks
o Sample duties (not exhaustive) include all aspects of facilitating a project/program: scheduling meeting times and locations, developing presentations, providing financial analysis, file/data management, invoicing and accruals, etc.
