Job Title: Project Coordinator 

Location: Flint, Michigan

Job-Type: Contract (with the potential to conevrt)

Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with supporting the Sales and Fulfillment team and providing general administrative duties as needed. Working collaboratively with salespeople and clients throughout the sales process. The position is best suited for an individual with high level interpersonal skills and a team oriented mindset.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide project coordination and support on assigned projects
  • Coordinate between factories and customers to the internal team 
  • Understanding project financials of a wide business variety 
  • Participate in meetings with clients and team members 
  • Coordinate with customers and team members to obtain and distribute project documents and proposals 
  • Manage bid boards 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience/education 
  • 2+ years of Sales Support experience 
  • 2+ years of administrative experience 
  • 2+ years of MS Office experience
  • Strong attention to detail
