Position Overview:
Gravity is looking for a Project Lifecycle Management Lead that will be responsible for providing leadership in best practices and for ensuring that consistent Project Management methodologies, processes, tools, and guidelines are well defined and followed across all Information Technology (IT) projects, products, and programs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Standards: Responsible for the project management methodologies, standards, tools and processes definition, development, and implementation. Research and implement industry standards and best practices. Provide a central repository for all product and project related information.
  • Training: Responsible for providing methodology, processes and tools training and on-going support to all Project Managers. Provide on-going support to project and product teams.
  • Expertise: Responsible for providing subject matter expertise that resources can rely on. Contribute to Communities of Practice (CoP) within the Project Management domain.
  • Metrics: Responsible for developing and tracking key performance metrics and balance scorecards to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvements.
  • Control: Responsible for conducting internal projects and processes analysis to ensure compliance with the processes and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Responsible for evaluating and making improvements to methodologies, processes, tools. Maintain Lessons Learned
  • Sustainability: Provide on-going support for project management tools.
  • Promotes Transparency: Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of projects and programs

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • Domain certification (PMP, Scrum Master Certification) required
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing project related processes, methodologies, standards, and trainings
  • Expertise in Project Management processes and best practices with the ability to apply practical expertise
  • Expertise in delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Expertise in process quality review methods
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow Project and Portfolio Management module
  • Expertise in training and coaching Project Managers
  • Experience with project metrics, dashboards, and reports for waterfall and agile projects
  • Experience with SharePoint and other MS Office tools
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven listening, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
