Title: Project Manager
Location: NYC (Hybrid)

Actively manage/drive, coordinate, provide testing support and report on Audit’s continuous monitoring and testing (various Audit Teams, various levels), as applicable, across Management’s 16 workstreams associated with the Banks’ Operational Risk Enhancement Plan.

Skillset Required:

• Highly experienced in specialized Project Management
• Subject matter expert covering Operational Risk disciplines, with a working knowledge of US Banks Operational Risk environment
• Working knowledge of audit practices, to set direction and drive collaboration across multiple audit groups
• At least 10 years of industry experience for the lead resource, at least 6 years of  experience for support team
• Seasoned professional capable of leading and supervising the effort, with a hands-on level of engagement and capability to provide tailored communications and escalation within the department and to business line stakeholders
• Organized, articulate, effective, self-motivated, independent
• Strong skills in assessing risks and identifying controls; defining appropriate approach, steps and attributes for testing controls
• Interpersonal skills to lead or facilitate interactions with various stakeholders (Audit and Management)
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint/tools to prepare status update or reporting
