Position Overview:

Opening is for a highly skilled and efficient Project Manager in the IT Security space. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of stand-ups on time and within budget and scope. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of projects from inception to deliverable, to the date when it goes live. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of each project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources, peer teams and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects through project planning and relationship management

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques to dovetail with risk management activities

• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

• Guide and direct the Project in the establishment and implementation of plans, procedures and controls that will assure success of program goals and objectives

• Maintain positive employee relationships and communications with a diverse global project team, supporting a work culture of employee involvement and empowerment

• Model and oversee effective change leadership throughout the global business to enable adoption of new business processes

Required Qualifications

• Previous PM experience with Security or Infrastructure projects

• Knowledge of computer networking concepts, protocols and network security methodologies

• Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities

• Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively

•  Experience creating/improving workflows, documentation

•  Experience with reporting tools

•  Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional, cross-organization teams, secure commitments on deliverables and resolve blockers
