Position Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the look and feel of all Fraser branded collateral produced both internally and externally. Working in conjunction with the US Marketing team and the Graphic Designer based in Monaco, this post is responsible for handling a wide range of digital and print design projects across all areas of marketing communication. The Designer will be responsible for ensuring that each item is designed with a focus on engaging existing and potential clients with the unique Fraser brand offering in a consistent and engaging manner that is consistent in approach across multiple digital, print and on-site marketing collateral.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Transitioning unstructured data to structured data
  • Moving data into appropriate databases
  • Leveraging data visualization tools (Tableau, Power Bi, etc.) to create charts, graphs and tables
  • Collecting, parsing, transforming, and integrating relevant data in support of projects
  • Develop, document, implement, and automate ETL (extract transform load) processes using SQL® and other analytical programming tools that most efficiently import structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from new and/or dynamic data sources, ensuring data validity, reliability, and availability to users
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure retrieval of information pertinent to current work and timely dissemination of counter asymmetric threat products

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Commercial Graphic Designer, preferably with yachting or luxury services and Agency experience
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time – must be able to provide references and portfolio
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Software (InDesign® , Photoshop® , Illustrator® , Bridge® , Acrobat®), knowledge of web design, html programming and video editing a plus. Microsoft Office® required with general knowledge of Excel® and PowerPoint®
  • Artistic ability and creativity combined with a commercial flair are essential
  • Ability to meet high standards of design and have attention to detail
  • Highly motivated to exceed expectations and achieve results
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while working under pressure
  • Solutions-oriented thinker – Problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication: excellent level of English is required
  • Recognize and maintain confidentiality
  • Team spirit is essential
