Job Title: Senior IT Support Analyst
Location: Remote (St. Petersburg, FL)
Referral Fee: +/- $1200
Gravity is looking for multiple senior level service desk professionals to provide IT/ POS support for multi-unit restaurant customers. This role will work directly with the external customer to resolve technical issues related to POS systems. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience with expertise in Point of Sale (POS) system and restaurant technology support.
We are seeking a customer service- oriented professional that enjoys troubleshooting and providing on time responses and solutions for the customer.
Our client is a full service restaurant accounting, technology, and consulting company that partners with multi-unit restaurant owners to develop solutions that increase sales, reduce costs, and turn happy customers into continuous repeat business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all POS systems and restaurant technology
- Troubleshooting and bug fixes throughout entire lifecycle of technical issue
- Field calls and provide solutions to remote customers and internal employees
Required Experience & Skills:
- Min 3+ years’ experience w/ restaurant POS systems and restaurant technology
- Tech-savvy and adept at troubleshooting issues for customers
- Excellent communication
- Empathetic customer service skills
- Ability to interface with external clients and internal employees
- Experience with ticketing systems
