Job Title: Sr. Business Process Analyst

Location: Hybrid On-site – Jacksonville, FL

Job-Type: Contract

Position Overview:

Gravity is looking for a Sr. Business Process Analyst that will report to our clients Transformation Enablement Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL and establish the highest quality learning and development program. The Sr. Business Process Analyst will perform a critical role in providing training, document management, vendor selection and implementation, and job instructions creation as a service. Must be onsite in Jacksonville, FL.

  • Lead research, selection, and implementation of one or more applications to create, update, review, approve, publish, store, train, report, and analyze job instructions
  • Research, recommend, document, establish, and train industry best practices to manage documentation and standardize operations at all Part Distribution Centers, new and existing
  • Create and maintain job instructions leveraging available Job Instruction Training methods
  • Convert future state process diagrams, software vendor user guides, and associate input into training materials
  • Design content and determine the method, media, and documentation to be presented
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop specifications for course content
  • Create and manage document library with attributes for reporting, analysis, and decision-making
  • Train, onboard, lead, and fill in for Document Control Specialist and any other role supporting this effort to ensure future state processes are created for all PDC facilities, roles, and functions, and established document management discipline is adhered to
  • Provide expert level consulting to business leaders to develop appropriate analyses, metrics, and research
  • Set and manage the structural foundation for future system implementations in support of the DRIVE program
  • Maintain and foster relationships and trust with key partners throughout the company
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leveraging best practices, and approaching any problem as a team-player with a can-do, solution-focused attitude
  • Proficient in interfacing with all levels of business and executive leadership
  • Understands process ANSI and BPMN standard flowcharts
  • Strong self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance, and professionalism
  • Translates technical verbiage and complex processes into business-friendly terms
  • Ability to accommodate different learning styles and engage the audience
  • Possesses a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating, updating, and training job instructions using Toyota Job Instruction Training methods, the Information Mapping methodology, and ISO standards
  • Supply chain, warehouse, and business process management experience a plus
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, BPM, CBAP, PMP
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate
