Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Analyst will design, develop, and maintain reports, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and initiatives. This role will analyze qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition as well as work closely with members of the marketing team and technology team. A successful Senior Marketing Analyst will possess excellent analytical and numerical skills and be deeply creative with great problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interpret in-depth analyses, uncover actionable insight, and effectively communicate to the broader organization.
  • Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and deliver cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Create conversion optimization strategies, with the aim of improving efficiency in the marketing department and increasing ROI.
  • Spot opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
  • Accurate delivery of projects and tasks.
  • Efficiently respond in a professional manner to a variety of demands and projects.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization and the public.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • Advanced math skills
  • 8+ years of robust experience as an analyst with at least 5+ years working with a marketing team
  • Experience using Qlik, PowerBI or Tableau is desired
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Optimize and other Google Marketing Platform technologies
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Advanced skills using SQL and Excel to analyze data
  • Ability to interact with senior level management combined with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Capacity to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced work environment are required
  • Ability to think through problems and express them clearly.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
