Job Title: Support Desk
Location: N. Miami
Referral Fee: $1,200 – $1,600
Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).
- Our client solutions power to the most notable Fortune 500 companies in the Marine, Hospitality, Financial, Medical and Idea Management verticals. They have recently received significant funding from a joint venture partner and are expanding their software product from just the cruise industry into the commercial shipping and international port management and are looking to build out their teams.
- The successful candidate will possess strong SQL skills. Comprehensive knowledge of C# is also required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in the area of T-SQL
- Handle problems requiring customer support
- Troubleshoot technical issues with desktop support
Required Experience & Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk role
- Proficient to strong knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedures.
- Basic networking skills
- Proficient with troubleshooting ASP .NET, MVC, Web API, C#, WPF, and Entity Framework.
- Excellent customer service approach and ownership mentality
