Job Title: Business Analyst 

Location: Morrisville, NC

Job-Type: contract to hire

Referral Fee: $250+$75/mos

Position Overview:

Gravity is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong project management skills. This role will serve as a project lead with external customers. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Serve as project lead between business departments and technical teams in requirement analysis, process design, and implementations

· Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, and workflow storyboards

· Translate conceptual user requirements into workflow storyboards

· Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs

· Familiar with source control, automated testing, and building functionality

Required Experience & Skills:

· 3+ years of experience in project / operations management

· Proven experience with business and technical requirement analysis, modeling, and methodology development

· Experience in Agile/SDLC methodologies

· Strong interpersonal skills including negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution
