- UX PM/ Scrum master is an immediate need
- Will be coming in 1-2 times a month, need them to be within 2-3 hours: Toledo, Detroit, Columbus, NE Ohio
- They would probably come in night before, work that day and spend next night too
- Could probably end up coming in every other month- depends on team (scrum will probably come in once a month)
- Interacting with a lot of different teams
- UX PM Scrum Master blend- needs a tenured person with 5+ years of experience
- SAFe and CSM cert would be great, experience managing UX projects in a SAFe environment
- Would prefer if they come from a UX background so they are able to understand the workflows and how they are plugged into different groups- speak the language
- Not looking for an agile purist- need to be able to do a bit of waterfall if needed
- A lot of their current UX research methods are in waterfall, big backlog in those they would help with
- Wants this person to get some internal standup processes in place
- Big focus on the strategy side
- They will be running the design system project- a lot of strategy and direct management
- They currently have like 30 different projects going on- so this person obviously won’t be on all of them- but needs to be able to help with some educating the team and standing up scrum processes
- Would be nice if they come from any company known for Design system maturity
- 1st interview would be with Beth, maybe would have them do an exercise to see thought process
