Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance Technology
Location: Hybrid onsite Charlotte NC 3 days/week – 2 days remote
Job Type: Contract – 1 year min.
MUST HAVES

We are seeking 4 skilled Business Analysts to join our dynamic finance technology team. These roles focus on private and public investments, supporting cutting-edge solutions in middle office banking and multi-strategy private investments. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional analytical skills, experience with investment technology, and the ability to interact with C-level executives in a professional and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior executives, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze and optimize workflows related to middle office bank loans and private/public investments.
- Develop and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with technology teams to implement, test, and refine solutions that meet business goals.
- Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to investment technology platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations on system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and deliver high-priority projects within tight deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranked university, preferably in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- For Middle Office Banking Focus: Strong experience with middle office bank loans and investment processes.
- For Multi-Strategy Focus: In-depth knowledge of private investment strategies and platforms.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial technology or business analysis roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with C-level executives.
- Strong knowledge of private and public investment processes, systems, and technologies.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or other analytics software is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific investment platforms or tools related to private investments.
- A track record of success in driving technology-related initiatives within the financial sector.
