Job Title: SAP S/4 Deployment Configuration Functional Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP S/4 Deployment Configuration Functional Analyst to join our Deployment Team. This individual will play a critical role in the rollout of SAP S/4 solutions. The ideal candidate brings cross-functional expertise across key SAP modules and has a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset focused on configuration, integration, and deployment support.
Key Responsibilities:

Support deployment activities by configuring, validating, and maintaining functional SAP objects during rollout phases.

Assist with cutover planning and execution, ensuring smooth transition to new environments.

Develop and maintain clear, repeatable configuration documentation to streamline deployment processes.

Focus areas include but are not limited to:
-
Company Code and Plant builds
-
Data Replication Framework (DRF) objects for seamless cross-track integration (P2P, C2C, R2R)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure configuration and data tasks align with business timelines and quality expectations.
Contribute to project management tasks related to data migration, cutover coordination, and deployment tracking.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration and support experience (S/4HANA or ECC)

Strong cross-functional knowledge of SAP modules, especially in P2P, C2C, and R2R

Familiarity with SAP Fiori is a strong plus

Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced deployment environment

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated collaborative and service-oriented mindset

Solid understanding of IT project management tools and methodologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP Support Portal, and basic troubleshooting
