Key Responsibilities
· Customer Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and technical requirements, conducting workshops and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate value.
· Unified Data Strategy: Develop comprehensive data architecture solutions that unify enterprise data across disparate systems, enabling effective data management and intelligence capabilities.
· Cloud & Hybrid Architecture: Design scalable and flexible data management solutions that integrate cloud, on-premises, and SaaS platforms, creating trustworthy workflows for data orchestration.
· Technical Leadership: Guide implementation teams, establish best practices, and ensure solution quality while helping clients manage enterprise data.
· Work Planning & Management: Develop solution implementation roadmaps, create project plans and task breakdowns, and delegate to engineering teams.
· Data Lakehouse Implementation: Architect solutions that combine data lakes and warehouses for scalable, flexible, and efficient data processing patterns.
· Workflows & Orchestration: Design streamlined data pipelines that reliably ingest, transform, and process data in cost-effective and trustworthy ways.
· Data Governance, Data Quality & MDM: Design and implement robust governance and data quality frameworks as well as master data management solutions that establish trust in data and enable secure, compliant decision-making.
· Business Intelligence Solutions: Architect reporting and analytics solutions to create and share data products, incorporating visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Streamlit and other BI platforms and frontend frameworks.
· AI & ML Integration: Develop architectures that enable organizations to unlock predictive and generative insights, maximizing the value of their data initiatives.
· Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, articulating the value proposition of proposed solutions to client stakeholders.
· Market Strategy: Contribute to identifying market needs and developing a go-to-market strategy for data intelligence solutions.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, or technical consulting.
· Experience designing and implementing enterprise data management solutions.
· Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architecture.
· Knowledge of modern data platform / lakehouse concepts for flexible analytics.
· Proficiency in data integration patterns, API design, and system interoperability.
· Experience with data quality frameworks and master data management.
· Technical skills in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
· Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and designs.
· Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage work delegation.
· Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in cloud architectures.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders; ability to calculate and communicate Value-based ROI and TCO metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric).
· Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
· Knowledge of big data processing technologies (Apache Spark, Delta Lake, etc.).
· Experience with AI/ML implementation and integration with data platforms.
· Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools for reliable data pipelines.
· Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform, or similar tools.
· Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.).
· Background in multiple industries (e.g., retail, healthcare, financial services).
· Experience mentoring junior architects and engineers.
