Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite BA
Type: 6 month contract
Location: Remote (LATAM) – No Cuba No Venezuela
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Product Analyst with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and experience in Financials modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving solutions. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and rely on data to help inform their decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle EBS.
- Support additional modules including Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) data model within Oracle applications that manages information about parties (customers, suppliers, etc.) and their relationships within a commercial community.
- Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements or automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement solutions.
- Participate in UAT and provide support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to align system capabilities with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Review daily and weekly product analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst specializing in fintech.
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS Financials and TCA.
- Strong understanding of payment processing workflows and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with SQL and ability to perform data analysis is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of integration between Oracle EBS and third-party payment processors or banking systems
- Experience with EBS financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services (e.g., SOX, PCI).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA)
