Position Overview
We are seeking a Head of IT to build and lead our clients’ IT function from the ground up. This is a greenfield leadership opportunity to architect scalable, secure, and modern IT operations that can evolve with the company’s rapid growth. This role will oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, service delivery, MSP relationships, and corporate applications.
Key Responsibilities
• IT Infrastructure Oversight – Manage and optimize IT infrastructure operations through third-party MSPs (Help Desk, NOC, SOC), ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Business & Leadership Collaboration – Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Vendor & Application Management – Oversee key corporate applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP) and vendor relationships, ensuring tool effectiveness and business value.
Top 3 Required Skills
1. Hands-on Infrastructure & Microsoft Stack Expertise – Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, AD, Outlook), servers, networking, and security practices.
2. MSP Oversight – Proven track record managing MSPs—driving accountability, service quality, and SLA adherence.
3. Startup-to-Enterprise Scalability Mindset – Ability to operate tactically in a lean environment while building scalable systems and teams for the future.
Additional Qualifications
• Experience supporting ERP implementations (preferably SAP)
• Familiarity with networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls) and secure access (MFA, VPNs)
• Awareness of IT automation and optimization opportunities
• Experience managing a portfolio of corporate SaaS tools
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to lead in ambiguity with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000
