Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Lehi

Salary Range: $120,000-135,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a scalable, high-performance, and secure Azure infrastructure, including virtual networks, virtual machines, storage, resource groups, and cloud-native services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and ongoing optimization of robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure within a major public cloud platform, managing networking, compute, storage, and native cloud services to support businesscritical workloads.
- Develop and oversee identity solutions and access frameworks using modern directory and rolebased systems to safeguard enterprise environments and ensure compliance with access control policies.
- Cloud deployments and configurations using Infrastructureas-Code practices and tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and declarative templates to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Apply best practices in cloud security, including zerotrust frameworks, identity protection, and network segmentation.
- Implement and manage advanced observability tools for realtime monitoring, logging, and performance tuning. Provide actionable insights to improve system availability, efficiency, and cost control.
- Collaborate with software and DevOps teams to streamline the application lifecycle using modern deployment pipelines and container orchestration tools. Promote automation and continuous delivery practices.
- Explore and integrate emerging cloudnative AI/ML capabilities to enhance operational automation, analytics, and business intelligence outcomes.
- Design resilient systems with robust backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies across multiregion or hybrid environments to ensure business continuity.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Extensive handson experience with public cloud ecosystems (preferably Azure), covering compute, networking, storage, identity, and security services.
- Automation and scripting capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Indepth knowledge of identity systems, particularly hybrid environments and governance solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise security models and zerotrust architectures.
- Practical understanding of DevOps principles including CI/CD, IaC, and GitOps.
- Solid foundation in cloud cost optimization and budgeting strategies (FinOps).
- Working knowledge of networking architecture including VPNs, load balancers, and private connectivity.
- Demonstrated ability to drive largescale cloud transformation initiatives with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant technical discipline.
- 5+ years of direct experience managing cloudbased infrastructure, with a focus on Azure.
- 2+ years in a similar engineering or architecturefocused role.
- Proficiency with modern IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
- Experience with DevOps toolchains (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud certifications (especially in Azure architecture, security, or DevOps) strongly preferred.
- Exposure to cloud based AI/ML services is a plus.
