Program Manager
Top Must Haves: large applications implementation experience. Infor experience, understands complexity of large implementation. IT specific coordination across IT, HER and ERP rollouts
Certs:
Day to Day: Help drive out interrelated items in larger initiative that do have macro program managers in place. Responsible for IT interoperability. These roles need to be able to manage the work- all aspects of project management as though they are a client team member, schedules financials timesheets admin work, meeting notes – need program and project managers that now how to do their own – large m&a integrations
1. IT Program Manager to manage our South Carolina Integration project IT Go-live Coordination and Management
Technical Skills:
• Strong IT Go-Live skills such as command center coordination, understanding of necessary go-live activities
• Experiences Health Care implementations a plus and/or large infrastructure Implementation (network, telephony) and ERP systems within a live setting (i.e. patients, staff will be in building during go live)
• IT technical decommissioning understanding.
Soft skills:
• Ability to work without direction, by assessing the situation and determining best course of action
• Ability to work with multiple types of people: client employees, client contractors and Consultants from multiple consulting firms
• Ability to lead and take charge as well as drive existing Program leads to take action
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in an environment lacking maturity which is trying to form and implement new operating models
• Ability to figure out how to maneuver with limited guidance.
• Team player
• Program Manager role requires someone that can work closely with Meredith to know when to escalate and when not to escalate
