Title: HR Analyst – Employee Onboarding
Location: Lowell, MA or Weston, FL – Hybrid 2-3 days onsite

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Solutions Associate to support their HR operations and global People Solutions initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys streamlining processes, and is passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving HR business processes, managing documentation, and supporting collaboration across our People Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain HR business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational efficiency and compliance.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance the employee experience and increase operational effectiveness.
- Handle employee escalations and coordinate timely resolutions by partnering with relevant Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Create and manage process documentation and requirements for both new and ongoing programs or categories.
- Work independently with minimal guidance while adhering to established procedures and practices.
- Support the execution of global HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues on the global People Solutions team to ensure alignment, consistency, and shared best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People Solutions, or related HR support functions.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, workflows, and documentation best practices.
- Ability to independently identify problems and drive effective resolutions with minimal precedent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to develop clear, organized documentation.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional or global teams is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or service management tools is a plus.
