Job Title: Technical Analyst
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a technically inclined Analyst with a strong background in application support, troubleshooting, and SSO integration. This role is ideal for someone with prior help desk or tech support experience who has transitioned into more advanced responsibilities, including managing and supporting SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth), Dynamics CE, and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both business-facing and highly technical environments and occasionally taking on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application and technical support to internal users, with a focus on troubleshooting authentication and access-related issues (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
- Serve as the point of contact for analyzing, triaging, and resolving issues related to Dynamics CE and other enterprise systems.
- Assist in the configuration and support of SSO integrations and identity management tools.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and application teams to ensure seamless authentication and access experiences.
- Monitor and maintain user access controls and resolve permission-related issues across supported systems.
- Participate in technical testing, deployment validation, and production support activities.
- Support incident and request management using ServiceNow and other ticketing platforms.
- Create clear documentation related to processes, known issues, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when needed.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a technical support, application support, or systems analyst role.
- Strong familiarity with SSO integrations, SAML authentications, and troubleshooting identity-related issues.
- Hands-on experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics CE.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Exposure to SharePoint, especially SharePoint-based applications, is a strong plus.
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical users and working cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving technical problems.
- Cloud certification or coursework is a plus.
