Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy to sustainably grow the customer base while maintaining strategic relationships with key account holders and target customers.
- Develop a sales and business development process including metrics, cadence, benchmarks, tools to improve organization effectiveness and outcomes.
- Develop marketing rigor and outbound marketing tools and systems to drive product/competence awareness in the industry.
- Provide detailed quotes, pricing, and cost breakdowns to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide flexible guidance to adapt to constantly changing market environments
- Maintain intimate product knowledge to influence purchasing decisions within customer organization
- Implement regional short and long-term sales strategies
- Engage, optimize and streamline indirect sales channels to improve effectiveness and results. Develop a cadence and process to track activities and successes and how to replicate them
- Address and manage customer concerns on business development projects.
- Establishes and maintains a healthy new project growth funnel to support regional, segment and product sales objectives.
