Job Title: Azure .NET Tech Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Azure .NET Tech Lead. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, oversee CI/CD pipeline implementations, and develop automation workflows, driving efficiency and innovation in application development and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed across all projects.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Seamlessly integrate various IT systems and applications to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Partner with development, operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing processes, workflows, and system integrations.
- Monitor applications and automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their smooth and efficient operation.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows for transparency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead with expertise in .NET application development and Azure DevOps.
- In-depth understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience implementing pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Proficient in integrating and streamlining IT systems and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to document technical processes comprehensively and clearly.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with additional DevOps tools or automation platforms.
- Experience in optimizing workflows in a large-scale IT environment.
- Leadership experience in an Agile development environment.
