We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to support our team with accurate data input. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data management systems, possess strong organizational skills, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enter and update data into e-commerce platform with speed and accuracy
· Verify data for accuracy and completeness
· Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner
· Support other data entry tasks as needed by the team
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
· Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software
· Excellent typing speed and accuracy
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with E-Commerce and/or ERP systems
· Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
