Job Title: Senior Azure DevOps Engineer
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Employment Type: 6-month contract
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and growing engineering team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines within Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and delivering reliable, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates and Bicep.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Automate the deployment, monitoring, and alerting processes for cloud-native applications.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and support capacity planning efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services including AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, and Networking.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates and Bicep.
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Solid understanding of DevOps best practices, cloud security, and automation tooling.
