Salesforce Administrator – Contract (Potential to Convert)
Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone hours)
Duration: Long-Term Contract with FTE Potential
Overview:
Our client, a leading insurance organization, is standing up a new custom-built Salesforce instance to support their division. They are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Administrator (5+ years) to play a key role in the development and ongoing evolution of the platform.
This role goes beyond routine administrative tasks, focusing instead on strategic platform enhancements and complex system functionality.
The Admin will be responsible for building scalable workflows and flows, ensuring data integrity, managing change control, and supporting reporting needs. Experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred. Familiarity with Copado and API integrations is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain Flows and Workflow Rules to support business process automation

Lead and support data management tasks including imports, deduplication, and cleansing

Build, customize, and optimize dashboards and reports for business stakeholders

Support change management processes, ideally using tools like Copado

Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system functionality

Assist with API integration support, testing, and troubleshooting

Contribute to the long-term scalability and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform
Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Deep experience with Flow Builder, automation, and process optimization

Strong proficiency in data management and cleansing

Proven ability to build and manage complex reports and dashboards

Familiarity with change management and deployment tools (Copado preferred)

Understanding of Salesforce API capabilities and integrations

Industry experience in insurance or financial services

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
