Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (5 days a week onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Monitor and track progress to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across departments.

Assign tasks, manage workloads, and support team efficiency.

Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.

Provide regular status reports and escalate issues or risks as necessary.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Proactively resolve issues to minimize disruption and ensure project success.

Maintain thorough documentation for all phases of the project.

Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
