Job Title: QA Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst with 4 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our applications by conducting thorough testing of APIs, databases, and system functionalities. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to maintain high-quality software standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, ensuring endpoints function as expected.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and database interactions in SQL Server.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA while working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation to support manual and automated testing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and improve software quality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across various software components.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and quality standards in software development and testing.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server, including writing and executing complex queries.
- Proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and test case management.
- Experience in managing and maintaining test cases and test plans.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Ability to analyze business and functional requirements to develop test strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
