Job Title: Project Manager

Position Overview:
Project Managers oversee multiple projects and initiatives at a time and will build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance. Project Managers lead projects in various disciplines through all project phases and play a key role in organizing, reporting, and mitigating risk. Successful candidates will be high-energy self-starters with a strong customer service mindset, a desire to develop an understanding of Client’s operations, and an interest in building sustainable, repeatable project management processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, multi-departmental, multi-disciplinary projects
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing frequent contact on project status and changes
- Supervise project team members and ensure they stick to project specifications and guidelines
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management, escalating issues as necessary
- Identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks within the project
- Collaborate with other project management staff to develop and improve strategies for easier execution of projects
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4-year college degree
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- Hands on experience leading change management and/or process improvement initiatives
- Strong written, verbal, presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional Certification (PMP, PRINCE II, etc.)
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Familiarity with Smartsheet
- Program Management experience
