Job Title: Group Product Manager – Omni Channel
Location: Plano, TX (onsite 5 days/week) – Relocation provided for right candidate
Job-Type: FTE
Salary Range: $140K – $160K
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) for Omni Channels to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, in-store, contact center, and emerging platforms. This leader will oversee a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, driving omni-channel consistency, personalization, and innovation. The ideal candidate brings a strong e-commerce and retail background, thrives in a hands-on leadership role, and can balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution in a growing organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define and own the omni-channel product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners supporting platforms across different business lines.
- Drive unified customer journeys and personalization across digital and physical touchpoints, including loyalty and rewards programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX/design, operations, marketing, and CX teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Use data-driven insights (including querying and A/B testing) to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful delivery of platform transitions and enhancements, particularly around Salesforce and mobile app growth.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organization, earning trust and alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in e-commerce, retail, and omni-channel experiences to push innovation forward.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in e-commerce and retail product management, ideally with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing PMs/POs and fostering a growth-oriented, collaborative culture.
- Hands-on mindset: comfortable rolling up sleeves, diving into data, and solving problems directly.
- Ability to query and analyze data independently; familiarity with A/B testing methods.
- Track record of delivering customer-facing digital products that integrate with supply chain, pricing, and operational systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Experience:
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, consumer financing, or loyalty/rewards.
- Exposure to mobile app product development and omni-channel personalization.
