Job Title: Jiva Configuration & Support Analyst
Job Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Work Authorization: US Citizen/Green Card Holder
Location: 100% Remote
Job Summary
The Jiva Configuration & Support Analyst will play a dual role supporting configuration and testing (65%) as well as help desk and ticket triage (35%). This position requires strong experience with Jiva, Clicbank, and Microsoft Visio, along with the ability to translate clinical workflows into system configurations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working in healthcare IT environments to support system enhancements, workflow documentation, and user support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Configure and test Jiva to align with clinical workflows across different markets.
- Analyze requirements and translate business workflows into Jiva system design.
- Support help desk functions by triaging tickets, identifying root causes, and escalating as appropriate.
- Document and diagram workflows in Microsoft Visio to ensure alignment with business needs and system configuration.
- Conduct workflow analysis to identify potential impacts of configuration changes.
- Apply strong testing skills to validate system enhancements and mitigate downstream workflow issues.
- Leverage knowledge of Sentinel Rules to support configuration and troubleshooting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of new markets and system updates.
- Provide end-user support and guidance for Jiva and related applications.
- Perform all other duties as needed or directed to support the department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
- 1-2+ years of experience with Jiva (may consider 1 year for strong candidates).
- 1-2+ years of experience with Clicbank.
- 1-2+ years of experience with Microsoft Visio, including workflow diagramming.
- Strong technical skills with demonstrated ability to configure, test, and troubleshoot healthcare applications.
- Knowledge of Sentinel Rules and their application in Jiva.
- Experience providing help desk or application support in healthcare IT environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
