ERP Technology Manager – Oracle Environments
Our client is seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead their ERP operations team and oversee multiple Oracle environments. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving integration across systems, and guiding Agile processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage an operations team supporting ERP and integrations.

Oversee multiple Oracle environments, ensuring uptime, availability, and reliability.

Manage integrations between Oracle and external systems.

Drive the scrum process for ERP initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, optimize processes, and ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:

Strong people leadership skills with experience managing operations or ERP teams.

Oracle ERP experience required; must be able to demonstrate success in managing multiple environments.

Proven track record of managing integrations and collaborating across IT and business functions.

Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum Master or similar background a plus).
