Senior Consultant – Healthcare IT (REMOTE)
Our client is hiring a Senior Consultant to join their Healthcare IT practice, focusing on patient access, digital front door, and Epic optimization projects. In this role, you’ll partner with health systems to fully leverage Epic, improve scheduling workflows, and deliver measurable performance improvements.
What You’ll Do:

Lead delivery on patient access & Epic optimization projects

Translate between business and technical teams in design conversations

Facilitate workshops and client strategy sessions
-
Drive digital transformation initiatives in healthcare
What We’re Looking For:

4–7 years of healthcare consulting experience
-
Strong Epic optimization experience, especially patient access & scheduling

Experience in performance improvement and digital transformation
-
Excellent client-facing and facilitation skills
