Position: Research Lead (Epic Beacon Certified)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract to Hire
We are currently seeking a Research Lead for a contract-to-hire opportunity with the intent to convert to a full-time.
What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is someone with both Beacon and Research certifications, coupled with strong leadership experience in clinical research or clinical informatics.
However, we understand this is a high bar. If you’re exceptional in every other way and hold only a Research certification, we still want to hear from you.
Must-Haves:

Epic Beacon Certification and Epic Research Certification (strongly preferred)

Will consider candidates with only Epic Research Certification if highly qualified

Proven leadership experience in oncology research workflows, or related domains

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Passion for driving process improvement and clinical outcomes through research systems
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working in a healthcare system or academic medical center
-
Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
