Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Utah (onsite)
Job-Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $125K – $150K
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of strategic, business, and technology initiatives. This role will oversee a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards. The ideal candidate combines a structured PMO background with an agile mindset and demonstrates strong leadership presence when engaging with executive stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of programs spanning multiple technology and business teams.
- Drive adoption of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) while ensuring traceability and structured delivery.
- Oversee planning activities, including milestone setting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor portfolio metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide executive-level reporting and communicate program status, risks, and priorities with clarity.
- Partner with product, engineering, and PMO teams to ensure effective execution of the roadmap.
- Champion continuous improvement, governance standards, and best practices across the program portfolio.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years of program leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong background in structured PMO environments with exposure to agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate with executives.
- Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools (Clarity experience preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
