Job Title: S/4 HANA Security Consultant – Fiori Authorization & Catalog Management
Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC
Duration: 3 month contract
Travel Required: required to Charlotte – if out of market.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Security Consultant with deep expertise in Fiori authorization design and SAP catalog management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security roles, with a focus on Fiori launchpad access, business catalogs, and ensuring proper segregation of duties across the system.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Fiori-based security roles in an S/4 HANA environment.

Manage and configure Fiori catalogs, groups, and tiles, ensuring correct access for end users.

Develop and maintain PFCG roles aligned with business processes and user requirements.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather authorization requirements and translate them into secure, scalable role designs.

Ensure compliance with security and audit standards, including SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis and mitigation.

Troubleshoot and resolve authorization issues related to Fiori apps, OData services, and SAP Gateway.

Maintain and support role transport processes and documentation.

Assist in security testing and support during go-live and hypercare phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of SAP Security experience, with at least 2 years in S/4 HANA environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Fiori launchpad configuration and authorizations.

Solid understanding of SAP Business Roles, Business Catalogs, Groups, and Spaces/Pages.

Proficiency with PFCG role design, SU24 maintenance, and authorization object configuration.

Familiarity with OData service authorization and SAP Gateway architecture.

Strong understanding of SAP Cataloging and how it integrates with role and tile/group assignments.

Experience with GRC Access Control tools is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
