Workday Integration Developer (Contract – 6 Months)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST
Duration: ~6 Months (Potential for Extension)
Start Date: Late November/Early December
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to join a Workday team supporting business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. This is a hands-on development role focused on building and maintaining integrations within Workday, with an emphasis on Studio integrations and critical year-end deliverables.
You’ll collaborate closely with other developers and functional teams to ensure integrations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and related tools.

Support ongoing Workday integration projects and assist in addressing a backlog of existing integrations.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams to enhance system reliability and continuity.

Provide knowledge sharing and support to team members as needed.

Ensure integrations meet defined timelines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications

6–8 years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.

Proficiency in Workday Core FIN & HCM modules.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Must be located in the United States.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Workday Orchestrate.

Understanding of Workday Security and Reporting.

Ability to mentor or guide junior team members.

Workday Certifications (Integration, HCM, Financials, etc.).
